System Sellers? Titanfall and Infamous

I know of people who do not game much on PC (facebook/flash games not included). People who play AAA games on PC are delicated group, & probably know a bit more on hardware, willing to spend a bit more, & more technically verse than the average gamers.

Thats why some arguements on console vs PC just do not really apply here ( a truckload to list here).

There is no reason why Titanfall cannot be the reason to get an xbox one even if one has a powerhosue PC, let alon one that doesn't.

Absolutely agree.


I have a pc that could totally max out BF4, and I had my wife get me a PS4.....to play mp games that I could already on pc.

I have a PC that will run Titanfall just fine ( equally or better than xbox one) and yet I would much prefer to get it on the xbox one (which I can't) but may end up getting it on PC for the time being.

Nope. If I did I would have to renew my Gold Subscription, and I do not want to right now. Once I finish( 100% complete) GTA 5 I want the 360 to be dead to me. So PC version-maybe- till I get an xbox one and then likely double dip.

That's cool. I only said 360 because I thought you prefered to play it on console.

I do, but the reason for that only applies to the xbox one since those I would play with have moved on.
 
People who keep saying just get both consoles, did not also realise the overhead to pay for 2 different services (which does the same thing basically).

In the past 6 years, or longer, I have no issue paying MS with yearly live fee, but I have more comitteement now, & I do not want additional overhead if possible, especially that I do not game so often now, let alone time sink MP/MMO games. So PC is a very good proposition with free online, & a better PC allow me to run performance intensive programs (that I use) faster & smoother.

I bought my Ps4 for Infamous, already have it prebought through the psn store. I wish I could do the same with Titanfall.
Saying that I don't think it is a system seller like Titanfall. Judging by their past work going back to Sly I feel their games deserve to be system sellers, but it just doesn't have the buzz that Titanfall does.
Perhaps the trend will change this Gen. Deserving games last Gen on ps3 just didn't have that cultural momentum like Halo or Gears
 
I haven't anything in Infamous that get me excited. But I shall see the reviews, when they are available.

Titanfall on other hand would sell s*** loads regardless of release date. Its going to sell systems especially people who were sitting on the fence. I think sales of consoles will double if not triple in the month of march.

What's coming out end of the year? Infamous 1 and 2 have Metacritic averages of 85 and 83 respectively. You think this one is going to be worse than those?

All while you believe a run of the mill shooter that borrows heavily from their previous game and others in the genre is going to be a huge seller? Oh wait CoD casuals so I guess you're right.

Well I purposefully lseft Xbox one games out.

Watchdogs is out in the spring/summer. June or July, I think.
 
Infamous a system seller? Maybe a few systems. But it's not a very popular game. So I would say no.
