Say what you will about Parasite, but he is reporting from E3 (I put the tweets together):

@parasite76: OK guys big shocker, forza 6 is currently NOT a dx12 game. I just talked to one the heads of graphic development and he told me.

He said the timing for dx12 and the ship date of the game was too tight. He said closer to launch they will talk about advanced rendering features and he did say the game can take advantage of dx12 when it's released.

Supposedly dx12 can be patched easily and fable is converting as we speak. It will launch with dx12

But I wouldn't adhere to Sony's lineup being guaranteed at all, they've consistantly delayed a game or two every year since 2008 (maybe earlier) and if they delayed Uncharted, anything is up for the 2017 chopping block.

Watching the Larry Herb show deal on XBL. They are talking about Gears. Ultimate edition is a total overhaul. Looks amazing. they even redid mocap. Looks fantastic! Halo 2A level improvements! I also didn't know the Gears 4 demo was being played real-time. That's cool. Apparently the guy was trying play and Phil Spencer was making faces trying to throw him off. I guess he missed some action he was supposed to do , lol.

Ok, that Minecraft Hololens demo was quite possibly the most amazing thing I've ever seen.
 
Looks sweet.

One thing though who ever does the ads for Xbox one need to do trailers for E3 games , that trailer had me more excited than any trailer MS showed during the conference. Fast and frantic = exciting.
 
having seen that the xbox one will emulating the xbox 360 i just wondered if it would be possible for original xbox games to run while in xbox 360 mode.i think it will be possible as grabbed by the Grabbed by the Ghoulies is on the rare replay list.

Was curious about this myself. I bought a digital copy of the original Fusion Frenzy for the 360...hoping it'll come forward to the Xbox One.
 
Anyone try Elite Dangerous trial demo? Jesus Christ, like talk about just throwing you in there with absolutely zero direction. They should have included some sort of tutorial for the controls and maybe someone's voice to tell you what you were supposed to be doing. I flew around for 5 minutes, finally figured out what I was supposed to be aiming for and eventually got bored, turned it off, then deleted it from my hdd. Really bad first impression of the game.

I'll just say that I highly doubt that'll come, though I suppose my every other year or so playthroughs through KOTOR, KOTOR II and occasionally Jade Empire would certainly get more convenient if it did.

I'm looking for a 4TB HDD self powered..is there a limit on how many TBs hdds have that are self powered?

It could be, but I do not think it is. When ever I get a connection loss I go to dash, my pins, and online stuff are gone, but then they reappear within seconds.
 
Have to say.... Looking at the polls for MS & Sony's conferences makes me sad. How can people seriously think these shows were anything bad? It was pretty much games games games from both.
