Even the sonycentric gaf gets it. Everyone knows this won't be what the game looks like when you control the character. Of course, that is common sense.
They are taking TLOU and ND to the grave on what they reveal vs. what is final. You can start at page 44 and roll back. Good stuff in there:

Thats cool. I am still buying the game, even though I know it won't look like that. Every game I have ever bought has never looked like the trailers, in engine, in game, realtime stuff shown, ever. Why would they start now?

That is thread I quoted...did you noticed how they debunked all of ND's E3 trailer debuts as in-game/in-engine/realtime compared to what was actually released. Not even close.
Not irrelevant at all. This is Naughty dog, and we are talking about how that they are not showing actual gameplay (where you are controlling the character), and how their games don't look like their E3 "realtime" and "in-engine" cut scenes. This thread is talking about the game performance. Looking at the ND history of UC1, UC2, UC3 and TLOU, that isn't about to change with UC4.

The fact that they go around saying all but specifically did not mention it is real time is a tell tale sign, that it isn't. Just look at my post on Corrina Yu Twit. A poster asked her if U4 is real-time, she spoke many things, but not answering the very question that was asked.
Flynn may be trash talking & taking potshot at Sony at every chance (Sorry Flynn bro, but that's your reputation), but for this instance, ( still a shot at Sony yes, but) he was actually making sense.
Well, to be fair, they did say for next-gen, they have moved from the pre-rendered scenes into actually rendering them during cutscenes? If I'm reading it correctly.

you won't see him enter the thread again, let alone, admitting he's wrong. this is only the first year and you see where we are. his bar is set low, and its going to take time for him to see that.
One thing that has me puzzled is that ND hasn't even came out and confirmed TLoU will be 60fps, its less than 2 months away, so that means they aren't easily hitting that number if its that close. For example alot of games come out a year early and confirm their framerate.
So that is a last generation game, but we are supposed to be hopeful Uncharted 4 with all the next gen full treatment bells and whistles will be 60fps? lol

Hey, there's a first time for everything and I have more confidence in the 4 pushing those boundaries than the X1 so I guess we'll see. Now we just play the waiting game or more videos to come out.
This forum has gone really downhill. No point in really discussing anything to do with Sony in here. It's one thing to troll a thread or two but to have every single thread in the Playstation forum with multiple trolling comments from Intellivision, Flynn, Kvally, Mcmasters, or de3d1. Amazing that the mods don't seem to care, but I guess we need to accept the fact that this forum is Teamxbox on steroids and just discuss anything Sony related on other forums.
