Wii U beats PS4 and Xbox One to fastest selling UK console ever crown!

I don't know what makes me sadder....sony fanboys that gloat at every chance or make something out of nothing...."oh the sharpening filter...it burns my eyes" or the xbox fanboys that are in denile...."xbox one outsold ps4 on one day when there was no PS4 on the shelves"

you must have missed xbox360 vs ps3 then.........

I didn't ask for your interpretation, asked for proof. Do you have any?

And again, all the proof you should need is that Sony is showing their single bright spot on a day that they should have announced "Over one million PS4's Sold in the EU, and world wide!" but they didn't. Instead they are showcasing the much less than a million sold number...

Im taking a break from playing with my x1 for the last few hours. I had a rough day at work today. One of my tenants announced he was moving out, so I had to scramble for all of a half hour to find someone to replace him, and arrange for him to see the apartment.

I asked you for proof to your claim.

...so they are shifting inventory to the UK where they do have some traction.

Can you prove this or will we go onto a continue loop of you posting your two cents about something that is premature at best?

I don't want your interpretation, if you were level headed then yes, but you aren't.

It doesn't, it's just b166r with his usual delusions.

I have wanted to give this guy a fair go for months but I can't disagree with you any longer.

Sit back and have a laugh at both fanboys getting mad at you instead. No more sadness. :)

In it's hey day I was to busy playing games to be bothered buy it. Which was why I only had 2000 posts on txb in 10 years.

Geez, and you've already got more than half that in less than 3 months here. You are our 10th most prolific poster (and 7th most annoying one). Weird to think we've been around less than 3 months. Seems longer.

I can post at work now as I'm the boss...lol. I honestly can't play games like I used to and find myself on the internet more.

What is the delusion??? The PS4 isn't getting any traction in the US, so they are shifting inventory to the UK where they do have some traction.

Ah the ol pullin stuff out the anus routine. Oh B166r you're delusions are always amusing to read. I imagine you typing your random posts as you cackle saying "eat that sony fanboys" under your husked breath.

I think there are a few very clear points to mention:

1. Both systems are in very high demand.
2. Both will likely sell through all they can produce for the holidays

There are some indications that Microsoft might have been able to produce more units, but there's no proof at all... just some evidence. There's also evidence that Sony may have produced just as many, but simply opted for different allocations for each country... but there's no proof as to who's selling more, which console is in higher demand, and/or which console has more world-wide sales... at least, not that I'm aware of... but I'm happy to be proven wrong. :-)

I bought my daughter a wii u for christmas.....is it sad that I want her to open it so I can play it.
Not at all. I want to play a Wii U pretty badly too, it's just I can't justify the price to buy it. Too many promising titles on the X1 and the Wii U price is just not low enough.

Lol theres still idiots that think Nintendos going out of business? Same ish has been said since the N64 and GC.

The same was said for Sega. Luckily, everyone was wrong about Sega going out of business. They still strive as a software-only company. ;)

Faulty logic, Ketto, and no indication of any such thing.

SEGA had no money. Nintendo have a s*** load.

They could kill the U and just live off the DS sales and if they went multiplatform on consoles then a lot of people would suddenly being saying how great some of N's games are. ;)

From Gaf

"Tokyo, December 3, 2013 – Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI) today announced that cumulative sell through for the PlayStation®4 (PS4™) computer entertainment system worldwide has surpassed 2.1 million units as of December 1, 2013. The number includes the 700,000 units sold through in Europe and Australasia launching on November 29. The PS4 system became available on November 15 in the United States and Canada and on November 29 in Europe, Australasia and Latin America and is now available in 32 countries globally.

Sony did say they were confident they could hit 3m before the end of the year.

Edit: Guess they announced it because of the Playstation Awards (lol @ PS Awards).

The X1 and PS4 sales at this point in time mean nothing. Get back to me when launch buzz has died down and sales figures are dependent on demand, rather than supply and silly one day sales.

And LOL at XboxNeo, Sony conceding defeat in N. America. Yeah, they're going to wind it down and pull out of the market soon.

Very good numbers for Sony but looks like they didn't Ship many to Europe? Wasn't it at 1.5m sold in NA?

But yes Li Tan is right. And WTF at Neo???

Damn it! Quit making my argument look bad! Lol

You're so mean Ketto.

I was expecting some good news for Nintendo when I clicked on this thread.
