But they did though. They did fix it because these games are iconic and very much fill the gaps in their portfolio as Staples in their games line up.

Funny that you have a problem with this but not a problem with a game like Spiderman being exclusive. Sony played small and got caught sleeping. They forgot who they were up against. But that was Microsoft's fault. Doesn't seem like their playing nice anymore. Like Sony fans were saying before; its just business..

Doesn't Sony hold the licensing for Spider-Man. It isn't even the samething.
 
What games are you guys getting for launch day? I'm definitely going to be downloading / playing the Series X version of Gears Tactics, but I'm not sure if I should buy the new AC game at launch considering I know I"ll stop playing it entirely once Cyberpunk releases the following week.

Wish we had solid info on the older games with Series X updates available at launch. If I knew plenty of the games I already own had upgrades at launch to check out, I may just wait for Cyberpunk.

to full length theatrical movies or any media/game(s) based on the their movie(s). Games cartoons, action figures, any and all merch (even if it’s based on Sony’s movies) still belongs to Disney/Marvel. Disney came to insomniac and was given free reign to pick any of their characters for a game, they just happened to pick spidey

there may or may not have been a time and or moment where Disney came to me, maybe, and they asked for permission to use stuff that I represented for a game...I wonder if they got the same email/call, if it ever happened, hypothetically perhaps :p I mean, believe what you will

They don't fill a gap because they would have had these games regardless, they were always getting the next elder scrolls and starfield etc so this adds nothing new it just takes it away from someone else.

This version of Spider-Man wasn't something that ever appeared on other platforms, Sony paid for it's development and while they may deny it I do believe part of the reason they have seemingly locked up that license to a degree is because they own the rights to the films, it could be a part of their deal with Marvel or Marvel could just want to try to keep Sony happy so Spider-Man can keep appearing in their MCU films.

I think I will be getting Gears Tactics, Medium, Bright Memory, Cyberpunk, Yakuza, CrossFireX and 12 Minutes.

Why can't we get a Series controller now? Remember all those people picking up the new one at stores?

Maybe if or when i get a moment I might or might not contemplate this and see if I beleive or not.
