I have to say I am seriously blown away by the combined package of the UI and the voice stuff. This really feels like the future and I seriously think when One owners show their friends how good it all works people will be blown away

i know a standard camera tripod will fit in the hole, but its probably intended for a future assesory
Took me 13 mins 47 to finish updating till I pressed the guide button (yes I really timed it).
I'm gonna go pick mine up from Best Buy in about 4 hours.

It seems like Ubisoft is hiding it. There are no reviews out there, and previews have been shown for all platforms but the Xbox One. It seems kind of strange.

Can someone please check to see if you can get into a Conquest match in BF4 (Xbox One)? It's the only mode that I want to play in MP, and it's broken on the PS4, server wise. I'll sell my PS4 version and get it for the One in a heartbeat if it's working properly.
I don't think it does. I left the console on, and TV off so that Ghosts could install while I went to bed. I have the console set to turn off after 1 hour of inactivity. When I got up this morning, the console was off, and when I turned it off, it said that Ghosts was almost done installing, but there was no progress bar like there usually is when its installing (appears below icon of game). It only took a minute before it said it was finished. Not sure what that was all about.
I also wanna know does it continue to download if the xbox is off in low power mode as gonna leave it downloading stuff overnight!! Anyone know please?
Hmm damn!! Will have to leave it on then, but I think it will auto shutdown after it finishes downloading stuff!!
Yes. On any queued item, just hit the MENU button, and then you can 'start downloading now' on that item.
You can also say, "Xbox use code" - and it'll take you there (short cut).
Just say, "Xbox use code" and it'll take you to the code activation app. There, you can enter the code manually if you don't have a QR tag.
One of my favorite features on the 360, start to DL a demo, turn the system off, and it just continues in low power and shuts off when done. Does the One do this?
Looks like something just went up a minute ago on IGN. I guess the Xbox One version is 900p and PS4 is 1080p.

Ubisoft said both were 1080p, gaf speculated that it was 900p. So the lesson here is, don't trust gaf, or anyone who posts there.
Mine is updating now, have to say very impressed with how easy the set up was and how easy to follow the green instruction page was. But, is there no owners manual? Not as big as I was expecting from all the comments on line, seems about the same size as my PS3, smaller than my DISH box. Like the look of it, love the controller and man, what a difference between the old Kinect and the new one! If I want it over my tv think I will have to spring for the specific kinect stand for it.
