Tried Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and MS store. No dice. 
Were the pre-orders at Best Buy ever available? It always says "coming soon" grayed out.
Target has it, but I am not sure if you have to put the full amount
I've gotten as far as it asking for my shipping address, but it's saying it can't ship to this country, which is odd.
If I happen to snag both (got confirmations) from MS and Walmart, I'd be happy to work something out with someone if that's acceptable. I'm in MD.
There will definitely be another round of pre-orders. In reality, it doesn't matter to me other than wanting it. There's absolutely no reason to have it on launch day beyond that.
WTF is up with Amazon? There only one link that doesn't even seem to be searchable, and you cannot order from there... Best Buy still saying Not Available.
I've got one in my MS cart too, but can't get past to order. Half hour later and still nothing. Going to get completely shut out as expected.
But several stores never even offered it the first time!
You won't get to hang out with the cool kids. That's a huge incentive to get one ASAP.
