This game looks awesome. I'm hoping to have the funds for this once it rolls around. Shame I don't have a gamestop nearby me. Would have loved to trade in some games to make it easier on myself.
They need time to translated it to Australian?

It's probably going through that rating system to be honest. For all we know, this game can be banned at the very last minute.
I think that date is old. They not so long a go moved the release date forward by about a week.
Nope, It's still the same released date here. Unfortunately it's released on steam here on October 2nd.
Lot of inovative ideas in this one. It will be interesting to see if they can put it all together. It already has two things going against it - Monolith and the LOTR brand...neither are exactly gaming gold. If they pull it off this could trump DAI.

I feel like we've had overall good LotR games personally, or at least on the 360. Battle for Middle Earth II, War in the North, LEGO LotR, Fellowship of the Ring (based on the book), the Third Age, the hack n slash movie games, and the GBA Two Towers were very good games in my experience. Plus Guardians of Middle Earth was received pretty positively overall and in addition to the F.E.A.R. franchise, they've made Gotham City Impostors and the Condemned series, but they also have some cool old games on their list as well like Septerra Core, SHOGO, No One Lives Forever, Alien versus Predator 2, etc.
I feel like there's way more positive going for this game than negative. Not sure why people are looking down on the franchise and developer as both have brought many quality products the last couple of generations alone.

Surprised there isn't more talk going on with this game. It's on my radar, but I am still waiting on reviews, which should start appearing tomorrow.
It's on my interested list but will probably get later since I'm already getting FH2 so I want to play that first.

Very surprised about these reviews, did not see that coming. I just wish we could see some X1 footage now. And nowadays pretty much every developer tells us what the resolutions will be for the consoles and so far nothing, which is odd.
What a tremendous surprise! Really tempted to get this, the combat looks so brutal and satisfying. The fact it's open world too makes it even better. The whole hierarchy structure of the Orcs is a really nice feature. Will have to see if I have funds to get it.
well on IGN's review they said when you dominate a orc on the PS4 the game slows down a bit. No idea if this is comparing it to the PC or the One version so maybe it runs the same or better on the One.

Seriously though, only knock it is getting is with the supplied narrative. But sounds like everything else is really good and with the nemesis system providing its own dynamic micro-narratives which are more enjoyable. I'll admit I had zero confidence in this title panning out, but now I may have to pick it up.
