Beat the first mission. Tried the second LOL rip... haven't tried the twilight mission but think I'm out of time soon anyways. Got my two DLC stuff so good enough.
Been playing since the Alpha and happen to be on it now.
I tried the demo and loved the combat. It was nice and smooth and seems to have quite a bit of depth to it with the different weapon stances. But like the games this seems to imitate its death penalties are really harsh. I don’t get enjoyment out of replaying the same thing over and over making slight incremental progress along the way. I know what you’re thinking “this guy played a ton of The Division” so how can he have a problem with replaying content? Its because in The Division there was someone there to revive me and the game had checkpoints.
Seriously, why not add a mode with checkpoints at the save shrines. I know, that’s for wussies and I freely admit to being one so give me a more casual mode. I guess that wouldn’t work either since it would diminish the overall game. I’m just bummed that there is no middle ground for hack n’ slash action/adventure games. Its either super easy, no depth Dynasty Warriors or super hard bang your head against the wall Souls/Born and now Nioh.

I saw a youtuber (He's pretty good) shows off the combo mechanic and I told myself I gotta try the demo out this weekend. Glad that I did because I really liked the game play. Definitely on my watch list to buy this year.
I actually played all of the games its been compared 2.So basicly what it comes down to is your bias.

I kinda like Nioh but it doesn't come close to the depth of the Souls games.
Lets see how it compares with the critics/review scores next week.
Huh what am lying about?
(Hey I want it 2 be good)
Like I said...I can't wait to see the reviews/comparisons.
When I find one person who actually completed the Souls games AND Bloodborne plus played Nioh in this thread besides myself. I will gladly take notice of what there findings are.Thats's all fine and dandy but you were lying. lol
No one here agrees with you. Infact the qaulities of Ni-Oh is that it has more depth than Soul Borne. Soul Borne beats Ni-Oh in overall polish but it's inferior to Ni-Oh in depth.

Hey like I said already don't worry reviews are coming and comparisons will be made.
Wait what and now not only Nioh but Ninja Gaiden and DMC are deeper than DS and BB!?
