Official Project Cars 2 Thread

This game is f***ed. Not only can I not save replays, but pre-patch and post patch, it keeps telling me my seasons are unsuccessful, even though I am winning all the races. The first time the problem happened, I only lost the very last race but should have won over all. So it made me start all over from scratch. I won all the races, and it actually let me move to the next series, the Championship (and it gave me an acheevo). I won all the races in the Championship, and then it said I was unsuccessful and it locked the series back up, and is forcing me to start from the beginning of the game.

I am not alone and it's been at least an issue since September for sure:

There is one moderator post with follow up:

"Thanks for the report, we will be checking into it!"
"SMS is aware of the issue."

Well, no more PC2 for me until this is fixed.

Yeah, that sucks. And for such a big issue still being present 6 months after launch is shocking.

Try some online instead. But beware, people are quick as f***.

I feel like I am the only one playing this game here :(.

I thought it was cool that the game noticed that I was getting to frisky with other cars in passing them, and it asked me to get back to my initial spot inline (it said go back to position 7) otherwise I would be penalized out of the race. Never seen that before, which is pretty cool.

I was also penalized for corner cutting, and it forced me to enter the pits within a certain amount of time. Just a stop and go, but none the less, I had to.

Small touches like this would be nice to see in Forza for example.

Forza needs alot of things. It is way behind all other racers on console.

I take it those are custom tunes? Might want to wary of them. They can make the car very unstable and uncontrollable for pad users, as most seem to be made for a wheel set up.

I saw you on! I was like, oh that's new. I haven't seen him rockin' that game in awhile. It's been awhile for me too. You almost made me go back into it.

Maybe you should.

All I know is i'm hooked. Currenty running the Super Trofeo league/series with some new settings and been loving every second.

Sound was cutting out for me at certain points in the laps. Almost thought it was going to freeze. And they must have messed up my career because I won my first race last night after a hiatus with the game and it said congrats on your first win. Um I have won many others.
