Yes, of course, sorry about that guys.
My concern is that now we have Bungie saying its 30 fps on all consoles even though they didn't mention Scorpio because they didn't bother. What if these games are coming out on 30 fps because of the Xbox one s cant do it, are we stuck with 30 fps?
How can this console be called premium when they are telling them that the framerate must be the same. Windows PC don't have this problem and they are people that play games at 30 and 60 together and they have fun playing.
To me, this console is pointless to call premium if the framerate is held back.
They should just unlock just to jab at SONY. People will go to xbox with the 60 fpsIf the framerate is locked to 30 across all platforms common sense would dictate that the more powerful platforms will herald in other advantages. Expect the Scorpio to be more akin to the PC version visually.

I thought they said the system is already beast mode. No need for the configuration.Imagine if scorpio.
Had in its dashboard.
On a system wide basis.
30fps mode
And
60fps mode
The issue is during MP. It would be pay to win if they had opponents at twice the framerate. I see some foolish posts elsewhere saying the resolution increase constitutes the same kind of advantage, but that's hogwash.Aren't there a bunch of PSPro games that run 4k/ checkerboard 30fps and 1080p/ 60fps?
For games programmed with dynamic resolutions and unlocked framerate. Otherwise it would have to be patched. Some code just isn't open to automatic manipulation.I thought they said the system is already beast mode. No need for the configuration.

I think one thing developers have learnt in the past few years, is that splintering your online community is a sure fire way to end longevity for your game.Personally I think they could do a better job in terms of matching....just have separate matching for 30 fps, 60fps and a don't care.
Or just be 60fps like everyone else bungie haha!

You sure? I could have sworn that there was an audio of Alber P saying that no patch is required post-Scorpio release just those that are out now will require a patchFor games programmed with dynamic resolutions and unlocked framerate. The cat is out of the bag folks!
I think for PvP lack of 60fps it's inexcusable.
BF1 is what, 64players? Runs near 60fps with way more scale + nicer visuals than destiny 2. No excuse for a super low 4v4 multiplayer.
Singleplayer, whatever I guess.
It's quiet out there, man! E3 inklings should start rolling in soon though.
In the meantime:
Maybe they should have just used dynamic res scaling across the board, and targeted 60 fps. I really wish this would have become standard practice for both consoles. If Battlefront 2 can be 60 fps at 4K, shouldn't Destiny? Then again maybe Battlefront runs stuff off of servers and they are using dx12. Bungie needs to update their game engine.
I agree about 4v4 pvp. There is no AI or vehicles sucking up CPU cycles. Not targeting 60, especially when the visuals aren't top tier, is disappointing.I think for PvP lack of 60fps it's inexcusable.

Yeah, notice that Halo runs much better since they left. The same cannot be said for the writing, it seems.Wow, yeah I forgot about all the extra vehicle physics too, bungie is just behind the curve in terms of technology in my opinion compared to DICE, their engine is simply serviceable at best.
Bungie really nail gunfire gameplay. When you read reviews for the first game, even though the entire package was lackluster and wanting, the overwhelming consensus was that Bungie can still capture the shootout magic.
If they can do that again, I think that's more important than the framerate. It turns into such a pissing contest, and people tend to forget the important bits.
Is it fun?
