Every X1 game launches with 1000gs, you don't have to put it in all your thread titles about cheevos
I think the DD version of Destiny comes with the Vanguard pack and something else, according to the description of the DD version on the marketplace. I feel you though on buying digital, it shouldn't be as expensive as the physical disk version. That's the main reason I haven't made the switch to digital day one.
If I was to guess I'd say they are still getting this feature online properly. If it hasn't given you the option after a day or so, then maybe contact support on Twitter and ask them.
Nice, just did my first pre-order on the Xbox One digitally....the Definitive Edition of Destiny will be on my X1 lickity split!!!
I just used the smart glass app on my phone and was able to pre order the digital pre order version . Says it will be pre installed as well. Can't wait! Need a break from battlefield.

Sorry, but why is there a dedicated XBox Destiny thread? Why can't we have a destiny thread minus the xbox?
Cuz we want to talk about the Xbox version with other Xbox Destiny players.
Hmm that's odd. I chose the Manage option, then clicked on Destiny and clicked install and it started right up.
Everything in the multi platform thread becomes a graphics comparison fight and it gets annoying quick.
The 'exclusive' content for PS has been confirmed, doesn't amount to much really:
- Dust Palace Strike and Exodus Blue competitive map
- Gear sets: Titan Vanir, Hunter Argus, Warlock Manifold
- Guns: Monte Carlo exotic auto rifle, Hawkmoon exotic hand cannon
- Ship designs: Aurora Wake, Crypt Hammer, Outrageous Fortune
Then whats the point of multiplatform section? Why not just disallow "vs" talk in individual game. Anyone that break this rule will be banned from the thread for a period.
At this point there isn't. I have tried to discuss the gameplay of both Watch dogs and metro to name a recent few to no avail.
What would need to be done is a separate thread for each game for fan boy bickering. This thread just circumvents this process.
Had the same thing happen with Metro, went into the "Games and Apps" section and scrolled all the way to the side and clicked on Metro there and it started to download. Will do that with Destiny after too as there's no rush for that one.
Well, looks like I'll be going Digital for the first time! lol I just hope it works smoothly.

Yup, spoiled myself with Exotic Gear videos long ago. I'm hoping that there's at least double the amount of Legendaries and Exotics that I've seen so far.
