You're the one who claimed nothing's changed. MS clearly seems to think differently because otherwise why would they change the ad to something else entirely in the months coming up to launch? Most powerful console ever and most powerful Xbox ever are two entirely different things and MS knows it, that's why they changed it.

We finally have a picture of the PS5 chip where we see it’s size and a point of comparison. A bunch of RDNA2 stuff is missing and what’s left is RDNA1.1. But yet we are to believe it does the same thing because of patents and technical know how. Basically message board talking points along with SSD and the XSX is not true RDNA2 because of CPU speed.

It does pretty much the same thing because real life world games shows it as so in most of the new titles recently released. From what the analysis show, there's nothing significantly different between the next-gen versions besides performance/resolution in some cases.

Sony, MS and AMD have made it very clear that these are custom RDNA 2 architecture based in their next-gen consoles. There's no such thing as 1.x whatever. Labelling it as such is simply false FUD.

READ: "AMD RDNA 2 architecture is the FOUNDATION for next-generation PC gaming graphics, the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles." Clear as day. I would think AMD would know. They are the ones who designed it.

Come on Hedon. They clearly changed their marketing stance from announcement to launch. There's no other reason to change their main line to most powerful Xbox from most powerful console if they didn't want or need to. Something happened to make MS marketing department do that.
