What? lol So real racing drivers will say that having a controller in their hand and sitting on the couch can perfectly simulate driving in a car? lol. I'm sure game makers can pay people to say that for them when doing marketing but I've played racing games and I drive a car, they are nowhere near close to the same thing lol. The point I'm making isn't that they can't try to make the car in the game simulate what a car does in a race but it's never going to actually feel the same to a player so it seems like an awful lot of work for something that just doesn't cross over to the player in a real way. That has nothing to do with xbox that's racing games in general,

Why does it have to stop at consoles when everything MS puts out goes to PC anyway? There is no metric though, it all counts. MS didn't give their customers anything new to go along with their new console that's just poor management. Sony had more games at launch and have provided more since, were they all entirely new PS5 exclusive games? no but they had content that looked like it took advantage of their hardware and showed people why they should buy a PS5. In six months to a year or so that'll all be history and xbox only fans will have a couple of first party games that they can play and nobody will be talking about this anymore we'll all be on to the next topic for discussion.

The pop in on the XSS is horrible. They need to give it a 30FPS fidelty mode.

Expect most if not all cross gen games to run better because of the PC old specs still being supported.
PC will continue to dominate multiplatforms as their high end specs can just brute force power through crossgen limitations. Don't think anything will change anytime soon for this trend.

But what rig what used? I bet it cost alot more than $500.
Cross gen games will always be built around the PC minimum,which is the old way of designing games.
On PC it will be easier to optimize things this old way.
Certain current gen only PS5 games would take the very best consumer PC tech if not upcoming tech to match.
Same would be for the XSX but unfortunately it doesn't have any current gen only games as they still are supporting old PC tech in every game.
Not sure. But on my 2070 super it ran maxed out on 4K DLSS 60FPS, only in dense foliage it would take a 10-15fps performance hit. Just upgraded to a 3080 last week. It doesn't break a sweat.
The XSX vs PS5 comparison are going to be interesting to say the least.
