Horizon Zero Dawn
Visually I would put it above all of those games except for Horizon ZD because it's open world and still looks very sharp and clean, it's crazy how well that game holds up still. TLOU2 isn't miles better than them though it's slightly better looking than the rest on that list IMO but certain things in the game are just done so well comparatively.
