PS fans are LOVING the lack of marketing from Sony. It's so sweet - they are waiting patiently to be lovingly "surprised" by Sony. In fact, they think Xbox's marketing (giving tons of info early and often) won't work and actually deflates hype:

No. I've sunk in at least 40-50 hours over the last 2 months on SoD2 lol.

I want to see what they can do with a bigger budget. SoD2 is definitely rough on edges.

Prettier world, better animations, less pop-in, etc etc are things I hope to see in SoD3.

The Juggernaut Edition is alot better as far as performance goes. With a bigger budget, Im sure Sod3 will be even better.
 
A bigger and more streamlined SoD with an easy mode for us that wants to explore without the community getting f***ed because lack of resources would be my goty easily. I'm thinking they could perhaps let all the different structures etc just give you advantages instead of the enormous disadvantages for not having them or keeping them full etc
 
Damnit you guys are making me want to install SoD2 on my PC to replay it. Loved it on Xbox but yeah the technical issues were annoying.

The managing of the community is what makes it so intense. I love that s***.

Once you get into the flow of the game loop, this game gets incredibly addicting and fun as hell. I dont know how many times Ive looked at the clock thinking Ive only played an hour or so and three or four hours just blew by. The game is sick once you get in the swing of things. And dont be afraid to start over if youve failed your first community. I have many times. I got that s*** on lock now. It doesnt stay that way all the time but Im keeping up with things pretty well.

Not weird at all. In fact, I really would love to see what SOD 3 will be like on XSX in the near future. SOD 2 was so underrated. Even when it launched with flaws, I was still playing the hell out of it.

That would totally defeat the purpose of the game

The resources are so easy to get and you use bugger all, I don't know if they've changed anything in the last update but I think I did 1 big resource run in about 3-4 hours and my base struggled to use what I got.

Plus as Frozpot said it's kind of the point of the game and would be pretty boring without the mechanic, but hey I'm all for it if they decided to add a casual/exploration mode as an option don't see the harm in that.

We are discussing Xbox Series X marketing. I found a post on reddit with lots of discussion on Xbox Series X marketing, with many who don't like Series X marketing. Sorry that you didn't think that was interesting.

Actually I agree with you. I'm just frustrated trying to navigate Gaf because there is some good stuff amongst the garbage. It just bled over. Sorry bro

He just gets over the top. His Switch stuff is the same. I do wish I could enjoy life as much as he does tho...
