I would think a crappy story could ruin it.
 
Every single racing game story has been unremarkable so far. I doubt Playground would have broken the streak.
 
People play racers for the story? I just play them to zip around tracks. I guess limiting myself to Forza and GT over the years leads me to career mode which typically has a set a canned races to go through, but that's typically it as far as story goes. Not really a story at all. Just tasks to do to win credits or cars.

Motorstorm always had some zany story, sometimes presented comicbook style. Great racing series with totally forgettable and skipable stories.
 
There hasn't been a decent story in recent memory for a racer, not sure why anyone would expect otherwise unless you can give an example of one that worked well.

I don't know about decent, but when people talk about story in racing games Need For Speed: The Run or (to a lesser extent) Need For Speed: Carbon comes to mind.

So it's either going to be 2 Fast 2 Furious ridiculous..or F&F Tokyo Drift ridiculous.

Yeah, I would just rather nothing at all instead of botching together why enthusiasts decide to blast through cornfields and ruin supercars on a daily basis.

I didn't know you could play browser games on X1/PS4.
There's a site I called playboxie.com that shows you what games are supported.

From what i understand is that it's very important on how you say things. We Dutchies for example can fail miserably when we say certain things in English. We would pronounce it....IX Box On, while we in fact have to say : Ex Box On. But i doubt it's that problem for you, right? :)
