Tried Battlefield 5 last night. I could be wrong, but it looked like it was running at 1080p with the high frame rate. The 120hz wasn't worth it at that point. Switched it back to 60hz and 4k. Still super smooth

yeah if FPS Boost is optional then it means they dropped resolution
 
My Series X arrived today, ordered it Wednesday and Gamestop said they'd change it to overnight shipping but it came today lol. Haven't had any time to do more than set it up (had to call the credit company they use to get GPU set up, it wasn't done like it should have been) and now I'm transferring some games over from the external drive I used on the One X. I will say the controller is much better built than either of the controllers I had for my One X, they were both flimsy and felt cheap, this just feels sturdier which is nice.

I've owned an xbox console in every generation, the X1 was the first one I skipped but then I broke down and got a One X. I pre-ordered the original and the 360 and even beta tested xbox live, hell I spent a lot of money to get into the E3 the year xbox was launching just to see the games in person lol.

The funny thing is, he said he would never buy an Xbox again after they were acquiring Bethesda, because it was bad for the industry. It only took a month. People are now buying the Xbox because of the games coming from those acquisitions. People want the next Fable, Hellblade 2, "Fallout in space", etc.
