Now that they've absorbed the initial cost of setting up the assembly lines and are in full production mode the price has come down and will continue to do so, in increments. This is what they said would happen, sooner rather than later.

I see Microsoft milking the $500 price point here in NA and then when sales completely dry up they'll drop the price. They really have no other choice with how many PS4s are flying off the shelves.

I really don't think BC really helps all that much. At least not enough to make a spike. It's a nice gesture and can help sales of 360 games in 2014, but ultimately, people aren't buying just to play games from the last generation.
I guess most would say Sony doesn't need to react, but IMO if you are in a lead you don't try to just stay to that lead you try to improve that lead. So, I would say Sony should react to that but probably won't.

It's "CoD" like in a lot of ways. I don't get why people seem to think it's not. It's a blend between CoD & Halo honestly in my mind.

Didn't Titanfall beta (xbox one) runs at 792p or something? So he will likely be banned, but kinda hollow victory unless they can go at least 900p.

they are indeed trying to do 60fps/1080p.. so this remains to be seen
for me it will be at least 900p/60fps will be just fine for old eyes

There are only a handful of so-so games that have come out on both nextgen platforms.
There isn't a single compelling exclusive game yet, that can't be played on PC or last gen consoles.
Maybe you should have included the fact you haven't played any other consoles in a couple of generations.
It is the best console I've played in a couple of generations, the launch is one of the most well rounded I've played, I have a fighting game, highest rated sim racer on either console, a really fun open world coop zombie game, and Ryse, which I really enjoyed. I haven't played a launch lineup with that much diversity since the 1990s. I'm sorry your mad about my opinion
