You still, you get to summon a something you can ride around on!! And the graphics are pretty similar too.

How dare you guys compare Titanfall to Barbie Horse Adventure, I feel offended. One is an instant classic, masterpiece, the other, not so much.

I still think the overall design is COD, yeah it has the jumping and what not. It does add something to the COD formula that it needs atleast. Either way, I still think the overall shooting, dying mechanics would be the part I don't like about it. The other new stuff is better.

Just doesn't seem to have the objective gameplay I would enjoy in this type of game. All of the objectives in COD have always felt overall bad to me.

Even though people are always going to say there are more differences than there is for a style of gameplay they like. I'm sure I'd argue a lot of dfiferences between Halo 2 and 3, ha.

I think its ok not to like the game. There is no perfect game for everyone. GTA5 is highly rated, but I have little interest also.
 
They just announced the Titanfall bundle here in Mexico. The cool thing is that you can get an XBox1 for less than a PS4:) PS4 is sometimes 50 dollars more.

Wasn't aware there was a long gameplay sample of this out to really know. I do think it's ok to judge gameplay, but what have we really seen to truly call this? Being better than Gears 2 or 3 shouldn't be that hard though. Gears 1 is pretty good.

Let's wait and see if the level design and atmosphere is bad before we judge it like that.

Speakign of which, yeah... I wouldn't dare buy GTA, game looks super boring to play for me.

Been playing DR3,will probably start playing titanfall until Halo in November. Plus games that you play occasionally. Who knows after that.

And that is why people are saying the Xbox One isn't selling well. When they say the Xbox One isn't sellling well, they mean it isn't selling well in comparison to the competition.
 
But you have to remember its dearer and available in less countries.

Both consoles have got off to solid starts.

That's because tax rates vary by state. Some states have no sales tax at all, so you pay list price ;)

Oh I know taxes vary by states/provinces. It's just when most people quote $60 games, $400/$500 consoles for North America they never say that doesn't include taxes when comparing to EU prices which have taxes included already in the list price.

Also, one of the main reasons I love steam is I pay no taxes and just the list price! :banana::bow:
 
Software in Europe are extortional rates, compare to us, often costing double the price. Adobe (Photsohop, Flash, illustrator), autodesk (3D max, Maya) all guilty of that.
If you are doing game or 3d development, it hard not to use software from them. They basically monopolise the market.
Now even worst, adobe started charging people monthly fee, like mmo.

I am only a nobody, but I hope developers & media companies in Europe can get together & demand at least more reasonable rates compare to what NA paid.

As someone who is trying hard to make my first game, the start up cost is just a bit too high, easily double (in software tools cost at least) the capital required compare to someone from America.

Employees at Respawn Entertainment, the game development studio behind Titanfall, have tweeted pictures of the exclusive consoles provided by Microsoft. While Microsoft is selling a limited edition TitanfallXbox One controller, the console itself is not for sale.

It looks identical to an image leaked in January, suggesting Microsoft had considered selling this particular console as part of a bundle package. Instead, Microsoft is bundling the highly anticipated game with a special console package next week for the same $499.99 price tag. The Titanfall Xbox One console joins an equally rare white Xbox Oneversion that is not currently on sale. Microsoft is expected to release the white model later this year
