A nightmare no doubt.Make me wonder how the vanilla Xbox will fare.
Left that console the second one X came out, must've been the most gimped console ever released vs the competition.

Probably 30fps with max settings
Most devices won't and to achieve this we are talking $3000+Consoles are going to be no where near 60fps or max RT.

Not 60fpsNah....RTX 3080 can do 4K in the game with max RT settings.
Only costs $700 if the other components are medium to high end.
Maybe but then it's not true 4k.With DLSS yes.
Updated PC system requirements. I exceed everything for RT Ultra at 4K except for having a RTX 3080. My 2080ti is going to have to suffice until I can find one.
We will see. I expect to get decent framerates I might dial back the RT to somewhere between min and high. RT shadows don't mean much to me but RT reflections do.You'll be fine. You'll be playing at better than console settings since:
a: They won't launch with RT support in this game.
b: Your GPU handles RT better than either PS5 or XSX and has better performance in general. DLSS 2.0 will help with this.
Pfft, Altered Beast did that for me. And I didn't really like Altered Beast. Actually, maybe it wasn't related. This game will make you turn your amerikan backs on your Jesus and stop going to church on Sundays.
Everyone dies in the game.
I hope the Game doesn‘t turned into an interactive movie With occasional gameplay.Watched an IGN video where one of the writers played for 16 hours and he said it’s a slow burn. It takes like 4-6 hours just to get to combat and to get that opening screen that says Cyberpunk 2077. I imagine it picks up but it’s going to be time sink for sure.

having said that I only now notice the amount of non combat vs combat( or lack of it) being shown so far.
So, PS5 and XSX will only be display the compatible versions of PS4/XBO until the upgrade next year. Does this stop anyone from playing it in a few weeks?
Game looks great already imo, definitely day one.So, PS5 and XSX will only be display the compatible versions of PS4/XBO until the upgrade next year. Does this stop anyone from playing it in a few weeks?
I agree, The Witcher 3 was a generation defining game for me. We had some great games over the last generation but nothing came close to the storytelling in TW3 and I still haven't played a game in the same space with better RPG skills for combat and deep systems for character build diversity. You really had to think and make hard choices in deciding what skills to invest in and I expect the same or greater level of depth in Cyberpunk 2077.Game looks great already imo, definitely day one.
Finished Witcher 3 on vanilla xbox one, then played about half again with the one X patch, then finished it all over again on switch.... When it comes to this developer I'm certain I'll be wowed regardless of graphics.
