Neither is forcing something on just under half the voters.
Hell Scotland got totally screwed by us.
It is fair because the majority won.

It was always going to be tight. The remain camp trying to move the goalposts and making up what constitutes a valid outcome is laughable. Get over it, there won't be another referendum, not for another forty years anyway.
Menace,
So in your opinion:
1. Why did the UK even bring forth a vote?
2. Why do you think so many people want out? Has the UK been getting trashed financially or politically that the people need to get out and be on their own?
3. What do you think will happen to everyday life? Do you think it will really change that much? Or are people overreacting?
4. And most importantly, how will it affect the price of games!?!?! I know the UK has that expensive VAT tax, so do you think goods will go lower or higher or stay the same?
Decision this big should need a bigger win %
Nearly 50/50 isn't a good outcome
Much duping it seems.....

The more I've been reading about it the more laughable the 'exit' people have become. It just shows how much thought the leave voters put into it.
I mean all main leave campaigners are all pro migration, so why they thought there would be huge changes in immigration is beyond me.
Same goes for the whole £350 million for the NHS. It was pretty obvious the NHS couldn't have all of it and that what ever money that was saved would be used to subsidize as many losses as possible....like all that money the poorest regions in Wales were getting from the EU.
And you would have to be a complete moron to think the economy would be fine after a vote to leave.

It just seems that the things that people were hoping would happen really aren't a reality. Hope it all works out for the best for all of you.If the vote went the other way and we had the same microscope out then we would see lots of silly stuff from the stay side too.

The UK politicians did a disservice to country scheduling a vote of this magnitude. In the U.S. we would never have a single issue, up or down national vote. Our form of democracy certainly has its issues but our founding fathers were smart enough to put in checks against the tyranny of the majority in being reckless, selfish, irresponsible citizens. A policy as big as Brexit can certainly get through the system but it requires working it hard over years, if not decades. The U.S. gets s*** on, often rightfully, for our politics but in the last couple of years the UK has been having up and down votes on the State of the Union. What the hell is going on over there?
It will be fine in the long run. There are way too many scare stories and headlines about but this is not the end of the world.
