Nice! $30 worth of DLC packed in? I thought it was going to be $15.
Full 1080p -- good. What was the original, btw, anyone know?
Higher resolution character models and improved shadows/lighting. "Several other gameplay improvements," whatever that means.
I like the in-game commentary from the cast and creative director, too (that wouldn't be Hennig, would it?). I can't imagine listening to that on my first playthrough, though.
Neil Druckman says they're targeting 60 fps:
I'm also surprised to hear ND is doing the work. I figured they'd farm it out.
You guys remember this before the launch of the PS4.

I remember this back then. I wonder if someone was overruled on that decision or it was planned all along but kept quiet so as not to hurt PS3 sales of the game.

Last of Us was still selling well back then, so this seems more like them trying not to hurt PS3 sales.
anyone who hasnt played the game probably should avoid that trailer. it gives away a pretty neat scene
1 minute of blowing itself and then ruining a scene like that. what a silly video!
I can understand that but don’t understand the obvious lying about it being in development. As far back as October they refuted the claim of a PS4 port. All they had to do is give the standard “we are exploring the possibility” and be done with it. When a developer or publisher is caught in an blatant lie it ruins their credibility going forward.
Really? "Caught in a blatant lie"? Geez, I don't have that reaction at all. I just figure they were trying to keep it a surprise. Ruined by the Turkish fellow, but oh well, I'm glad he let it slip.
Thank you. I was about to watch it, but hesitated because I didn't want a spoiler.
p.s. Wait, "1 minute of blowing itself"? Maybe I should watch it after all. That sounds like it could be interesting.
