No it isn't, it's a licensed character and I'm sure Marvel wants a cut from each sale, not only that but it's a 2 year old game getting a ton of upgrades, it's a bit entitled to think you should get that for free especially when you can still play the standard PS4 version though BC on PS5. For all the upgrades it's getting it's not really asking a lot for someone to pay full price for Miles Morales to get it, you can't buy the older game with the upgrades as a stand alone anyway. It'd be different if it just came out his week or something. I know someone will bring up Gears 5, well what else does MS have from first party launching on day one? the ported gears tactics? They've used Gears 5 in more marketing than any other game lol.
You've seen how many games they are giving away day one to PS plus members right? sadly I already own all but 2 of those games but still that's a huge value right there.

It probably will be exclusive and Phil Spencer will keep up with his BS about not wanting to keep gamers from other platforms from being able to play yadda yadda yadda.
I disagree Spencer is full of BS (relatively speaking), he is just incompetent. I will happily change my mind if he can turn thing around next gen.
I think he is the most competent of the two running the show at either location. Jim Ryan took over a steaming locomotive. Phil took over a sinking ship. I have not seen the media ever praise the Xbox the way they have the past 3 years since the debut of the Xbox 360. The end of the 360 era turned into a TV/Kinect s*** show, and the beginning of the Xbox One was a TV/Kinect s*** show, and the PS was walking away with more power, lower price and better games and more games.
Phil saw that Xbox wouldn't survive on Halo/Gears/Forza, and needed more games, better games and a larger variety. They needed better pricing, better performance, and needed to focus on one thing and one thing only. GAMES GAMES GAMES. No strippers, no rappers, no concerts at Xbox shows. Just games.
He has turned the Microsoft Game Studios into an Xbox Game Studios arsenal.
- Play Anywhere, pro consumer. Buy the game once and play on Microsoft Windows PC and Xbox
- No remasters. Only free enhancements for games from one generation to the next
- Game Pass. Day one release of AAA First Party games that never leave Game Pass at a price that is considered a great value

If they're doing this it's a s*** move. If MS or Nintendo did it, it would be a s*** move. It's one thing when they sell remasters and remakes at the start of a generation when there's no other way to play it, since they can't do backwards compatibility worth a damn, but if the game is backward compatible and they're updating it for next gen, charging existing owners for that upgrade is weak. Hopefully this story is fake, because nobody deserves this crap and you shouldn't have to defend a company for doing it.
Well, isn't there story that MS has no exclusives because you can just play them on PC? So fortunately Sony fans have prepared for this for generations and will just play it on PC.

Also what is the last game made by Bethesda that wasn’t Fallout or Elder Scrolls? I could be wrong on this, but this might be their first new IP since before the 360.
Microsoft really should have gone with another name. To the more elite gamer, even we have trouble getting the two names in check. I could have only imagined how hard it must be for casual gamers or none gamers picking up a console for a loved ones. Now, you're going to catch a lot of One X consoles wrapped under a lot of tress this Christmas.
It comes to show that just because you don't want to hear something it doesn't mean that it's not logically possible. Some times you just have to push your ego to the side and consider the possibilities rather than getting caught in the fanboy moment.

It's a 2 year old game getting a ton of graphical and performance upgrades it's not an upres etc, it's also a licensed character and I'm sure Marvel wants money for each copy sold regardless of how it's done. The only way to get it is to buy the Miles Morales Ultimate edition which is the same price as any other 1st party title, otherwise you get the base version and it's $50 without the remastered original game.

The Xbox One X is STILL for sale and not as a refurbished unit at the price of $447, $599.99, $428.89, and $549.95 when you type the Series X in . I just got done looking at the list myself. The names can be very confusing if you don't know what you are looking for, which is most of the time the case with non and casual gamers. If it can sometimes get confusing just saying the two, then it would definitely be confusing purchasing the two - especially when it's already forward compatible and advertised as such.
