Fifa is huge in the euros this is absolutely true.No. It isn't. There is absolutely no way that is even remotely true.
Xbox not being as popular of a brand still had solid Fifa sales and this is likely due to them having the marketing rights.

And remember, I'm in the market you are talking and playing the game you are talking about.

I don't agree with this.Nope. FIFA comes with both consoles in bundles. And it has done since forever. Literally nobody buys a console for FIFA. Simple as that. I've played it on PlayStation, PC and Xbox over the years. Same as most people I know. It makes absolutely no difference if MS or Sony market it. People who buy it every year are going to buy it every year.
So no, it is in no way a blow to MS that Sony has a marketing deal with it.
I posted that in the wrong thread. lolOther than the B, it's good.
I know you don't. And that's fine. But you're still wrong.I don't agree with this.
We will see how things go if Sony keeps the marketing rights the next few years.I know you don't. And that's fine. But you're still wrong.
But which?Phil already said. He's putting that money into ip they own
Generally the Scorpio versions of games being more definitive should be quite disruptive in itself.
Well, we know that console gamers always say they want the BEST performing and BEST looking games, so really it's a no brainer. If they don't buy a Scorpio, and they prefer gaming on console, then they are SOL.Phil already said. He's putting that money into ip they own

Phil said they are not releasing a Halo FPS this year. Could be a different halo though. Or just more DLC for Halo Wars 2.But which?
Even though they denied it....it has 2 be Halo.
Well, now it's all about marketing wars.Once again... exclusive deals on 3rd party games suck and is a big middle finger from the publisher to the gamer.
No I expect IF Sony keeps the marketing rights for the next few years a drop off in sales. You honestly think that people will stop playing FIFA on Xbox because Sony have a marketing deal? Do you have any idea how idiotic that sounds? MS has marketing for a few years and did it stop people playing on PS? Of course not.
Best is subjective though.Well, we know that console gamers always say they want the BEST performing and BEST looking games, so really it's a no brainer. If they don't buy a Scorpio, and they prefer gaming on console, then they are SOL.

It didn't stop people from buying on PS because how popular PS is.
Less sales on XB in the next few years IF Sony keeps the marketing rights for the next few years. So Xbox owners are going to stop buying it because both games are now exactly the same......

PS is more popular so sales will continue to be high regardless..its not hard really. So less people bought PS4s because MS had the deal?

MS needs the deal more and will be affected more.
Best is subjective though.
Its subjective.Hmmm... Let's say for example Battlefront 2 is native 4K/60fps, it actually pretty much has been confirmed at this point by Jez from Windows Central and on PS4 Pro it's checkerboard 4K and I think that's likely. At that point the is only one definitive version and I don't think it could be called subjective anymore. Not in terms of visuals and very likely performance too.
If you prefer a DS4 over the Xbox pad for example , that's another story.
You just described Xbox.Its subjective.
Controller,exclusive content,online service/UI,friends,preferring more active players.
I was describing my experience with PlayStation vs other formats. You just described Xbox.
