Legit Elite controller 2 is #1 reason Xbox stays my primary platform. Train yourself to use paddles and you'll never want to go back
i wish the paddles had more resistance, I tend to flick them by accident sometimes. Love them though

Wait for the new Elite cause the Elite 2 doesn't have everything the new controller has like the share button.Question.
Should I get a Elite 2 controller or just be ok with a series x controller?

To much money to not just wait and I can assure you 3 won't take as long with a new console coming.Feel like Klobrille should be in their marketing department. I'd buy that console for my kid. He definitely isn't getting a Series X anytime soon.
Paddles are loose but it makes them great for quick actions. I used an upper paddle to block in Sekiro and it saved me.
This is true however I don't expect Elite 3 anytime soon. Took a lot of years between 1 and 2. Minus the share button, it's everything else you'd want in a controller.

Plus I'm pretty sure more than the share button is different.
new low latency as wellmaybe add a motion sensor and or haptic feedback to the joysticks???
new low latency as well
You can button map the "take screenshot" or "record this" on the Elite 2 controller.
I got an 4k tv and to be honest, I dont care for it either. 1440 is more than plenty.Honestly, if the only difference is 1080p vs 4K then i'll buy Lockhart over the XSX. 4k is nice but i just don't need it. spending another 200 quid on something I don't need or careabout seems careless.
Unless there was some update in the past 6 months, only the Elite 2 allowed this.on the elite 1 as well, and on any controller with the chat pad attached, it has two separate buttons to map them to anything.
Thats just them reporting on the Article by Windows Central, i think.
I thought I was the only one who felt that way.It is. I hate giving WCCFtech clicks

Makes sense. no different than putting an SSD in current gen. The rest of the hardware and software isn't isn't designed to leverage it.Just 4X?
Makes sense. It's just a standard effect of an SSD being faster. That's zero work, out of the box on an existing game with stupid long load times. To get that new hotness you have to program your game for it. I'm sure it'll be the same for Sony (albeit faster because its a faster drive). I have no doubt different games handle streaming and data access differently. From what I understand, it's having the specific id attached to the assets that allow them to take advantage of the I/O integration. MS' fast solution involves theVelocity Engine thingie, and it no doubt needs to be specifically utilized.Just 4X?
Still a 40x jump should be bigger.Makes sense. It's just a standard effect of an SSD being faster. That's zero work, out of the box on an existing game with stupid long load times. It is old software. Games developed to leverage the sSD will be vastly better.Still a 40x jump should be bigger.
After tinkering with it they are getting another 36x?
Seems a bit of a stretch to me but I honestly don't know and can't wait to play it on XSX.

What hardware do you think needs to be in the Scarlett to do pretty much everything the SX will do but 1080p? So the SX isn’t held back.
1/3 the GPU power to push a quarter of the pixels seems fine.
The CPU won’t need to be 3.6 ghz for 1080p (2.8-3.0 ghz?)
A 500GB SSD for cost instead of 1TB (would the install size be less with smart delivery?)
Should still have dedicated RT hardware, again for 1080p doesn’t need the same cores as SX
This should be a no brainier for people not looking to upgrade to a 4K tv. Getting the next gen experience whilst saving 150/200$
